Going through a small tropical garden, you access the house that has a large fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, the living room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, views of the private pool and the dining room with space for all occupants. From here, a glass door leads to the covered terrace by the pool and barbecue area. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Up the stairs, you will find the master bedroom with a private balcony, two more double bedrooms and a bathroom for family use.
450 meters from Villa Es Ratolí is Cala Petita, one of the most beautiful beaches in the southeast of Mallorca.
Cala d´Or is a picturesque town of white houses, characterized by tranquility and a good atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Additionally, it has a wide range of restaurants, the biggest claim being the "Old Steak Houses" or tapas restaurants.
Just around the corner is the luxurious marina of Cala d´Or that offers a charming promenade by the sea and the most select restaurants and cafes.
It is not necessary to rent a car to enjoy a dream holiday. The strategic location of Villa Es Ratolí allows you to reach all the places of interest on foot, although if your desire is to discover the wonderful island of Mallorca, which is highly recommended, you can rent a vehicle from a local company or use the bus service.
