The property is made up of two semi-detached houses surrounded by large garden areas and only one of them is rented so privacy, silence and tranquillity are assured.
Once you open the main antique wooden door, an internal patio will welcome you. The house on the right is yours.

Upon entering the house, on the right you will access the spacious living room with a high ceiling and handcrafted terrazzo floors, a large kitchen with a vaulted ceiling open to the dining room and a guest toilet.
From this area, you have direct access to the covered terrace, the garden and the pool.
Going up the stairs you will find the rest area. Two bedrooms with access to a large terrace and spectacular views and a full bathroom and a separate toilet. One of these bedrooms has a double bed measuring 1.40m wide and the other bedroom has 1 double king size bed measuring 1.80m wide.

On the ground floor, next to the entrance door, is the third bedroom with a double queen size bed measuring 1.60m wide. With a separate entrance and a shower room, it offers privacy while being integrated into the main house.
Guests can choose between using this room on the ground floor of the house or using the separate studio located next to the house. The studio is independent and has a small living room with an open kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning and a shower room.

The bedrooms have air conditioning and central heating. The windows are made of wood with double glazing, the floors in the bedrooms are made of wooden flooring.
In the living room there is a comfortable sofa and occasional furniture, in the kitchen and covered terrace there are tables with chairs and enough space for all guests.

The 11.800m2 large plot is completely fenced and has an automatic gate. You can drive in with your car and park it in front of the house.
